All returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are evaluated individually. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR all shipping and handling costs of their purchases & exchanges; (this does not apply to orders received damaged.)

MATERIALS
I use silver, gold, brass, paper, wood, gemstones, semi-precious gemstones, French lavender, Swarovski crystals, cardstock, photo paper, cotton, silk, and other beautiful elements to create items for my shop.
OTHER DETAILS
Intangible items are- spiritual guidance, angel readings, etc. the email delivery of a recorded reading will be provided within 1-2 business days.
PRODUCTS
like snowflakes, beads, cord, crystals, stones, and other materials will vary in color and shape, no two milled beads are exactly alike, bumps and dings occur, and this only adds to the joy of owning a handmade piece.

When you make a purchase for an intangible item (ie. angel readings, spiritual guidance, etc.) you, your executors, legal guardians, and other legal counselors, or entities release me, Katherine Corrigan and my employees or anyone associated with my business, from all known or unknown claims against me because of a reading, or other intangible purchase. You acknowledge that readings and other intangible purchase are done for entertainment purposes and you waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that I or anyone associated with me or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of/ or during your reading with me. You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against me and any person associated with Katherines Angels as a result of actions, omissions, and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Katherine Corrigan and all persons associated with Katherines Angels from any and all claims, actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims. That you agree that you engage in this reading at your own request.
